Coulter and Charlotte Passwaters also created a 4-H Spirit Endowment in 2007 in honor of their children, Sarah, Benjamin, John, Will and Emily to celebrate the lives and contributions of those who generously give their time of the Delaware 4-H program.

Memorial gifts to the fund in honor of individuals are invited and welcomed, as are contributions in honor of living individuals and groups who have positively impacted the lives of Delaware 4-Hers.

Earnings from the $10,000 endowment support Leadership and Program Development Initiatives in targeted areas identified by the Board of Directors of the Delaware 4-H Foundation.
