To mark the 100th Anniversary of the 4-H Program, the Foundation launched its’ first official endowment campaign. This Century Club Campaign created an endowment that is invested and managed to generate funds each year that will support Foundation operations and general programming areas.

In 2007, Coulter and Charlotte Passwaters established the Passwaters Family Endowment. The funds produced by the $15,000 endowment will be used to support sending a Delaware 4-Her enrolled in Livestock and/or Animal Science projects to National 4-H Congress each year.

In 2007, Charmayne, Philip, and Sara Busker established the Charles L. Busker Endowment within the Delaware 4-H Foundation. The funds will be invested with the Foundation’s other endowment funds and will produce income to be used to provide annual support for the Delaware 4-H Cow Camp Program.
