Delaware 4H Foundation - Passwaters Family EndowmentIn 2007, Coulter and Charlotte Passwaters established the Passwaters Family Endowment.

The funds produced by the $15,000 endowment will be used to support sending a Delaware 4-Her enrolled in Livestock and/or Animal Science projects to National 4-H Congress each year.

In the event that there is no 4-Her enrolled in the Livestock and/or Animal Science project areas eligible to attend National Congress in a given year, the funds will be used to support a learning experience in Leadership, Citizenship, or other similar project area at the National 4-H Center.
