Delaware 4H Foundation - Ted Palmer EndowmentIn 2006, the Delaware 4-H Foundation was pleased to announce the addition of the Ted Palmer Endowment to the list of endowments that benefit the youth of Delaware.

The Ted Palmer Endowment was established to honor Ted Palmer upon his retirement from the University of Delaware in 2006. During his career with Delaware Cooperative Extension, Palmer served as Sussex County 4-H Agent, Sussex County Agricultural Agent, Kent County 4-H Agent and 4-H Volunteer Development Specialist.

The Palmer Endowment supports a trip to National 4-H Conference, a fitting tribute to Ted as he had a tremendous impact upon young people throughout his career. Thousands of 4-Hers have benefited from his wise council and support.
