Twelve endowments of $20,000 are sought to support trips to National 4-H Conference.

It costs approximately $1,000 to send each of the four delegates to National Conference where they learn about leadership and are challenged to bring ideas back and implement them.

To create the endowment, an annual gift of $5,000 is requested with a five-year commitment.  Funds from the gift will send a 4-Her to National Conference in each of the 5 years and additional funds will establish the $20,000 endowment named in honor of the donors and targeted to an area of specific interest to the donors.
